HOW LONG WILL BE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Orders are processed in 1-3 days for apparel and up to 3-7 days for other items. Once we ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).

Once shipped, it will reach you in 3-4 days for US deliveries - depending on distance from our print warehouses. Outside of the US, it may take up to a few weeks. If you are unsure or do not receive tracking information, please email us at stadtlandermicheal648100@gmail.com.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Have no fear! Because your items are produced upon demand, we ship them out as soon as they are ready! This means you may receive each item separately. Non-garment products may take a little longer to produce and are always shipped separately. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way and will be close behind. You are not charged extra for shipping when orders are split.

I MESSED UP MY ORDER! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can and we should be able to care of it. However, as all of our products are printed on demand, we usually start immediately after you order and may ship out the same day. If your order has already entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to help you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. Just email us at stadtlandermicheal648100@gmail.com with as much detail as you can provide.

ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Not cool. If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong design, etc.), please email us at stadtlandermicheal648100@gmail.com and tell us your order number. We'll ask for a photo to identify the mistake so it doesn't happen again. Once verified, we'll put a replacement in the queue immediately. We're indeed human and make mistakes. It's not common, but prints can be printed off-center, faded, or we might even accidentally pack the wrong item for you. Know that we will always fix it. Or we will refund this order to you.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCTS. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you're not happy within 30 days of purchase you can return your order for a full refund. We'll issue the refund as soon as we receive your order.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse within 7 days of payment unless there is a complication with your order, in which case you will be notified.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
For Domestic Shipping (U.S) Items should be received within 1-2 weeks of the order placement date.

International shipping takes a minimum of two weeks which can go up to three weeks for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
